I’d like to say before I go on that there’s no judgment and I’m really just wanting to know all of my options.. and maybe the comments here will help other parents like me who are feeling overwhelmed. I’d like to know What are your plans for your kids? Will you be home schooling? Or sending your kids to school? If you are homeschooling do you have a favorite home school course? Obviously all of us wish everything could go back to normal but definitely feeling sad that our kids can’t have a regular school experience and conflicted as to what is the best choice to make! I was even considering hiring a teacher and getting a few close friends together at our home. Would love to hear your thoughts and input since this is a first for all of us. 🙏🏼
sarahstage Up 10lbs . I posted some old modeling photos on my stories.. pre-kids when i was 15 lbs lighter, not weightlifting and not taking care of myself and loving myself the way i should have .. all to try and book more modeling jobs 😭 Sending love to everyone... and we are all beautiful in every shape and size 💕
sarahstage Question. Are you guys working more or less during quarantine? P.S. this quarantine has me up 10lbs .. anyway Here’s the secret to finding time to work out. Before quarantine, I was working out in the mornings it was my “me” time, I loved starting my day off right(while being caffeinated), I could focus and lift heavy since i was not having to worry about my kids or dog jumping on me or getting stepped on!
Obviously, things have changed and without a nanny, hubby or family’s help, there’s no “me” time during the day, I’ve accepted this and I’ve grown to appreciate night time workouts.
Once the kids are asleep I’m able to FaceTime my bff and catch up while we workout out together.. it actually Gives me something to look forward to and since we are working out together we hold each other accountable, we don’t flake.
sarahstage I haven’t posted a lot of videos because honestly i haven’t been in the mood to deal with any negativity. It gets draining having people pick me a part physically from head to toe when all I’m trying to do is share my workouts to give others workout ideas & get you sore AF 😬 but then i remind myself how rewarding it feels when you guys message and comment that you tried my workouts and you’re seeing results 😅
Since quarantine my workouts are at night once the kids go to sleep.

sarahstage WARNING LONG BREASTFEEDING POST 🍼
Well baby boy, we made it to a year of breastfeeding. It hasn’t been an easy journey, when you were a few months old, and you had to stay in the hospital for a few days, i thought surely my milk supply would drop and i was bawling seeing that little IV in your arm, it made me treasure the times when you were comfy at home and it put everything into perspective. I quickly realized that FED IS BEST. Your health is number one. For us women there’s TOO much pressure, and all the really matters is a healthy happy baby.
So don’t let anyone try and shame you or guilt you into anything. You are doing a great job and should be proud of yourself... whether you are breastfeeding or not!
Even exercising, there were certain people (who weren’t even moms) warning me that my milk would go away. Luckily, i researched what foods and supplements to take to keep the milk coming and added info to my SnapBack Guide for you mamas asking...
and here we are one year later AND 4 teeth later!! 😵
I’m not quite ready to fully let go.. I’ve started supplementing formula during the day and slowing weaning.. ANY ADVICE how to smoothly transition?
Anyway, Our breastfeeding journey is coming to an end. I’m tearing up because you are no longer a newborn and In my heart i want one more baby but maybe I’m meant to be a mom of 2.
Regardless, i know God has blessed us.

sarahstage Some of the funniest messages I’ve read are “Aren’t you too old to be modeling lingerie?” And “You’re a mother put some clothes on!” Listen, 30 something is the new 20 something, honestly, now that I’m in my mid thirties and 2 kids later, I’ve never felt more comfortable in my skin. If you are a mom, it’s even more reason to be proud of our bodies, we created life!!! And the lingerie part... how do you think we got Prego in the first place Harriet? 😉
